E-Newsletter A message from The Canadian Federation of Students: ISIC gives Discounts for SPSS Programs Many of you may know that the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) gives students a 90% discount on Microsoft products. In case folks didn't know, the ISICÊalso has discounts for several 12-month SPSS programs. The discounts are featured on the main page ofÊhttp://myisic.ca.Ê SPSS is a powerful program used for statistical analysis, survey authoring and deployment, data mining and text analytics that is among the most widely used programs for statistical analysis in academia and research. Some of you may be already using SPSS or you may know many graduate students and professors who are using it for their research. While SPSS programs often cost thousands of dollars (literally!), the SPSS discounts through the ISIC are pretty huge. I hope folks are able to take advantage of it!
