Dignitas Youth is taking part in the Give 'n Grow Program at the Samatva Studio (next to the Grizz) on April 24th at 7:15 PM. If you ever wanted to try out hot yoga, this is your chance. For a minimum $5 donation, you can partake in a class, in the heated studio. All levels are welcome!

All proceeds go to Dignitas Youth, a humanitarian AIDS/HIV organization which provides necessary ARV treatment to areas stricken with AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa.

What to bring: Water, towel and a yoga mat. They have water to buy and mats and towels to rent. For more details contact Diala (diala.habib@gmail.com).

Upon learning of his own HIV positive status, Canadian Scott Simpson decided to use his skills as a triathlete to bike 13,000km across the African continent to highlight the inequities of access to HIV medication. Although health concerns prevented him completing the goal, his challenge has been taken up in the RACE FOR DIGNITY.
