If you would like to promote something to professional or graduate students, please use the following submission guidelines:

• Newsletters are released on the 15th of each month and the last day of each month. Submissions are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on the day before a newsletter is released.
• Newsletter submissions must be made via e-mail to Sean (info@sgps.ca).
• Submissions are permitted in the following formats:
• A blurb of text (please indicate the title you would like).
• A pre-formatted document with a maximum dimension of 8.5 inches by 11 inches (letter paper size). Pre-formatted documents may be submitted in PDF format, Pages format or Word format.
• The SGPS reserves the right to deny publication of submissions to the newsletter at its discretion.
